I went there today on my lunch break to cash my check and I swear I was Racial Profiled. I signed my check in the car just as I pulled up so I wouldn't have to wait long if there was a line. I walked in gave the guy my check and my ID even asked if he needed the whole check stub. He said he wouldn't need all that but then asked me why was the check signed already. I told him I just signed it and it has to be signed to be cashed. He gave me my check and ID back and told me because I didn't sign it in front of him that he couldn't cash it. I have been working for over 10 years and I Never heard of this before. I bet if I wasn't an African American Woman it wouldn't have been a problem.
I don't like fact they will only cash the check within 10 days when the check is valid for up to 3 months afterwards.
Been going here for years never had a problem. Fridays get really busy so the wait might be a little longer but that expected.
