Been a member for 32 years going back to Lever Credit Union. Guess it's time to get out. Dundalk (previous Lever site) never has anywhere to park. Now since the skimming incident, the ATM was replaced and has been down since, I believe 3 weeks or so. So went there today and got there 15 minutes early, already there was a line and parking lot was OVER full. Door finally opens at 0900 and the greeter announced that the computers were down and they didn't know when they could serve members! Gee, what a sign on the door could have done! Again, time wasted. How about we get that ATM fixed! I was quick to criticize, so I will also be quick to state that MECU Customer service called me and assured me that problems are being addressed at Dundalk. So I will wait and see. Parking being the biggest issue, hopefully that will be done first. The new ATM is up and running and is by far more secure. Well folks, that didn't last long, traveled 9 miles 7/18/19, and you guessed it, ATM is inoperable AGAIN. Should have went to Royal Farms.

"Bipilar workers" never know what service you will get. Tellers are beautiful but throw all your customer service representatives out!! Over it. Just lost a customer....
Can NEVER get my online OR phone accounts set up...NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TRY! I've talked to various staff about this issue and never receive a straight answer. (BTW, I AM computer literate & follow all instructions regarding set-up of both types of accounts.) As well, no one at this branch cares IN THE LEAST that this is an issue for myself & other members. Also, the staff are not the most helpful generally, & give the customers an 'air' that they are often 'being bothered' simply because they're asked to complete a minor transaction, also known as THEIR JOB. Very frustrating.
They are helping me consolidate my debt at a lower interest rate. I'm so grateful!
