I had my 1st car financed through them. Will never make that mistake again. When I had a situation, they did nothing to help me or advise me. Their only advise was " Just turn in the car keys " while laughing. I wasn't laughing. I paid it off and never dealt with them again. Don't make my mistake.
Talked on the phone serveral times to Amanda and told her my x was still on the title and she stated its ok all you need is your lien release from the lender. So, I went there today with all my paperwork she had asked for and she asked if my x could come in and sign i said no we dont talk and i dont know her contact info .she stated i never told her her name was on the registration and thats plain BS so, then she said you could get a lesser loan i told her she wasted my time and she just lost my business for good and i walked out very un professional
