I had the worse experience ever at this bank I went in the bank with my son when a teller Miss Clark asked me to remove my sun glasses I explained to her that I had medical issues with my eyes and I’m very sensitive to light and not to mention I didn’t bank there she still insisted I remove my sun glasses. Did I mention my son is a grown man? I explained for the second time I have a medical condition and don’t bank here and she said if I’m going to be at the teller with him I still To remove my glasses and she said it in the most nastey way I told her she need to be more professional and she told me I need to be more professional she was being so rude another teller asked her to calm down and no time did a Manager step up and try to escalate the situation that she blew way out of Proportion. This is not the first time I had a bad experience at this bank when going in with my son this is completely unacceptable and he won’t be banking here anymore. We will be opening a new account at another bank very soon.
