All employees that I spoke with at One Main have been helpful and courteous throughout this whole process. I spoke with several people but they all worked together seamlessly and it went smoothly. I will say the overall application process is quick and easy. Spoke with one young lady by the name of Kayla and she was very pushy and had poor customer service. Was not considerate of the questions that I had at the time of the follow up call. Let her know that she was pushy and asked if I could speak to someone and she rushed me off the phone. I was able to speak with Carla who listened to me as a customer, provided me with the answers that I was seeking at the time. Approved or not customer service goes along way and I feel that their entire team should follow the footsteps of Ms. Carla.
