Gosh, They definitely don’t know how to treat a senior customer. I had to stand up for 15 min with no chair or bench to seat while waiting. The staff were so ignorant.
I just opened a new account 1 week a go and ,I feel like everyone else M&T bank in this branch charged fraudulent insufficient fees under return check and I never wrote any check.
