This prime location is poorly managed. Waited in line for 25 minutes because only 1 (teller) is available. Manager did not care about taking the constructive feedback. Other employees are on their phones, completely zoned out. What are they being paid for?
8 customers, just one teller working...very long, long wait!
Poorly managed. Most impersonal personal banker i have experienced. ATM has lost deposits. ALWAYS get a receipt!
Skip this location at all costs!! Only one teller, 10 people in line —worse than the Westlake post office. Or just as bad. 10 Minute wait!!! Plus no other folks can help with anything else either. !!! Just tear down the building! Why have a location here ? Zero customer service!!
