This location is beyond unprofessional and they don’t do anything they say they will. The consistency drop the ball and give out inaccurate information. The loan rates are at 24% and they are beyond rude I sent a check and they did not receive it because they gave me the wrong address. Then called me and hassled me about it. When I called to follow up again and again they were less than helpful. The manager said just make another payment as if my money wasn’t floating in the mail. I then made 2 months worth of payments to give us time to sort things out. I called shortly after with the appropriate people on the phone and Crystal was the worse. By the end of the convo she had hung up on my and then screened the called so I couldn’t call back. I called from another phone and of course she answered. This place is beyond horrible unfortunately I have to go there in person today to try and fix this situation because they are incapable of handling anything correctly .
Terrible customer service ! I went in there with my blind grandfather not one of the 9 employees spoke or greeted us !!! Then when we were requesting his pay off Frank told him to hurry up !!! I do not advise anyone to do business or take a loan with this place !! I wish my grandfather would of checked with me before he did! I’m now helping him refinance this loan with his bank! Mariner has 24% interest rate, its robbery! They need a whole new team of PROFESSIONALS IN THIS PLACE
