I've HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM IVE COME IN AND BOUGHT A FEW THINGS IN THEIR PAWN STORE, SO WHEN DAY I CALLED TO ASK THEM A QUESTION ABOUT A STEREO SYSTEM, THE LADY WHO ANSWERED WAS RUDE, SHE THEN PUT ME ON HOLD, WHERE I COULD HERE EVERYTHING IN THE STORE BEING SAID, SHE SAID SHE COULD ASK THE QUESTION TO THE OWNER CAUSE HE US DEAF, ...AND SHR SAID HE COULD NOT HEAR SO SHE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! SHE WAS RUDE!
