I have been going here for years. I always got treated with respect and never had any bad things happen to me since I have been with Suntrust.
Veterans day hours are incorrect... not open at all on veterans day... would have been nice to know before i drove 15 miles out of the way... not to mention that the majority of the tellers here are just miserable... although it does happen occasionally, rarely do i walk out of this branch with a smile, the attitude and mood is contagious... I try to avoid this branch of at all possible, however since the bryans road branch closed a few years ago, this is the only branch in the western part of the county...
