I would rate them a BIG 0 if I could.I have been a customer since 2014.I started having serious health problems.My girlfriend just had surgery.I told that to Tammy the Manager( EDITED:Actually,she's only a CSR,But a Manager want to be!!) there just Monday.But she continues to call and harass yesterday and again today.Just goes to show how heartless a person can be! If she just had surgery,a and on top of that, gotten bad news from her surgeon,she wouldn't appreciate it if a bill collector called her every single day!! I'm usually a very patient man,but enough is enough.I know one thing, I wish that I NEVER walked through their door! I have reborrowed several times there.Paul needs to fire her!!!
Staff is always kind I’ve worked with them for a few years and have built my credit tremendously by paying all my payments on time only complaint is they ask if I need more money each time which is annoying but I know they are just doing their job
