My spouse and I first experience with a payday loan company. The lady I dealt with was very friendly and the process was much quicker than expected. I gave them 4 stars because they wouldn't let us borrow the amount we needed. We were grateful but wasn't told until applying on site that you can't get $500, or $400, or even $300 your first time. You can borrow $250 your first time, at least it was that way for us. We bring home way more than $500 ever 2 weeks so it was disappointing that our income was not taken into consideration. Overall, however, it was a pleasant experience and would go back if needed.
