Curtis did a excellent job taking care of me. It seems like customer service has become an endangered commodity. Today we exist in a marketplace where people don’t offer help, they just leave u to shop and when u need something come find them. THIS IS NOT TRUE FOR CURTIS. He treated me like a human. He was friendly upbeat and professional. I recommend anyone to go to this location and see the service for yourself . You won’t be disappointed. When u see what I see- come back to this spot and leave him good feedback. It’s easy to complain when things aren’t perfect. If we want more people like Curtis- we gotta let them know they are valued.
I've done business with this location a couple of times with no problems but this time after I had to call in and have my check ran through because I was out of state I'm told I can't borrow again until after the 26th of this month even though I've paid off the loan. It seems check n go has the money they just don't have it through their system yet. The new manager at the Owensboro location wasn't helpful at all so this will be the last time I will do business with this company. I will not recommend this company to anyone in the future.
Curtis has the best personality and is a pleasure to be around. His polite demeanor and knowledge of his business is unsurpassed.
