Great Bank. I have been a member since they opened. They offer great services and offers to customers. Always Friendly & Courteous Staff. One drawback is the ATM availability. As of current you must use the ATM at the Walmart that has a Woodforest Bank inside. Otherwise you have to pay at least $3.50 per transaction. I wish they would join forces with other local banks to offer use of Our ATM card there.

Saved me!!! Thank yall so much. Called the two by me several times and went to machine after a few rings. Called yall and not only was I helped but I was helped with in closing hours of both the bank and my finance company. Saved me.
Didn't like it they were very expensive and the teller seemed very unfriendly
New manager accused my husband and I of making a fake government issued check, I've banked here for years and now regret that. She finally checked and saw that we've cashed a similar check in the past and completed the transaction , this should have never happened . . I will be getting a new and better bank soon.
