Company did a great job until we got to the title work. It took 30 days to get my plate and registration from FL. During that time the company washed their hands by stating they were very busy. When you get the first bill for a loan and still have no title work, there is an issue. I had to engage the BBB to get the company to reply at which point the misinformation and lies started rolling. I won’t recommend this company and hope they get better management that stops lying to clients.

tried to finance a RV. filled out all paperwork promptly to ensure a expedited loan told them when we needed the lone by started it on Monday 8-26-19 said that they could work with us to have it Thursday 8-29-19 so we agree. after we worked back and forth getting paperwork sent in making extra effort to get it done on time. we hit road block 2 i work for a small company and they wouldn't take my pay stub because it was not on a voided paycheck stub and was just printed on reg paper so my boss change her format to get the info they wanted to see and so i sent in what they asked for per the underwriter started this 08-26-19 got an email back saying my pay stub couldn't have the word summery on it so had my boss re do it for the 4th time then after all that they wanted my w2s so i complied. then i didn't hear anything for 2 days found out the guy handling my loan went on vacation. then i started getting emails from Jordan that next Tuesday 9-3-19 and things finely started to move again but the info they were telling me kept changing on why it was taking so long. so now the people we are buying the rv from are starting to think we are not actuality buying this unit and just jerking them around. so here are 9-5-19 and still no check we re scheduled with the owners to pick it up by Friday 9-6-19. so far we have signed papers 2 days ago now they are telling me that they wont able to get us the check till Saturday 9-7-19..... i hope that i just had a bad experience with them. but as of now i would not recommend to anyone as of now.
Olivia Bailey did an excellent job guiding us through the RV buying process. She patiently answered all of our questions and was amazingly efficient at getting everything pulled together. A month after the RV was purchased I had misplaced an inspection report and she cheerfully and quickly emailed a copy my way.
