Most horrible experience, tried to get a loan an first mistake was doing my application over the phone. Called the Dixie hwy branch. Lady named Barbara miss understood some information I gave her regarding my employment. Was denied so called hurstborne branch an spoke to a man named mark. Explained to him what happen an at first he was helpful said I was approved for 1500 that he fixed my application. Asked if I would like to go to the Dixie hwy branch to finish the loan. I had no problem with that. He then called over there an talked with Barbara the lady that didn't fill out my application right she then lied to him. From there the whole loan went sour. He asked for me to prove my employment which was no issue I understand that's part of the procedure then asked to put my loan ck in the name of the auto repair shop. Had no problem with that either. So I call Rockford automotive to see if they would take a loan ck made out to them unfortunately there insurance would not allow them to do that so had to call bk to t let mark know. He then said he couldn't give me a loan, so I called my auto finance department to see if they would take a ck from the loan company an pay the garage. I figured as long as the ck wasn't in my name it would work out even though I would be the one making the $104.00 payment for 24 mo. The finance department said they could do it so I called mark bk an let him know he still said no. It was a horrible experience. I then called the office an asked if they would mk sure all my personal information would be rid of properly. They had me send in my ss card, drivers license, bank statements from dec 2017 to now,lease an 1099 from last year. All thur email. Overall I feel like they were calling me a liar an didn't trust me. My credit score is 669 so that wasn't a factor. They didn't even get a chance to know me.
These people are a scam, sending letters in the mail with checks attached with over a 50%APR, taking advantage of people. Dont buy into it.
