Me and my husband have been going through them for 4 years now and when we started out with them our credit was low and not the best and I really don't have to say that we are "BLACK" cause we are and we are mid class people and they gave us a chance to build our credit and I would give them 5 up cause they are the best and if you get denied is because your job our you have way to many debts. I had received a letter from heights, I submitted an application and called to inquire abut it before the employee even took my full name I was told I could not be assisted. I asked for a manager who was twice as rude as the previous employee, I then asked for corporate phone number and was told it would not be given because it would not help anything. I located there corporate number and was told I would need to speak with the district manager. The district manager was just as unhelpful stated he could not assist because he does not have access to anything without contacting the branch I called.... Long story short there are hundreds of loan companies with GREAT customer service for those who are looking to rebuild... IF ITS THIS DIFFICULT TO GET ANSWERS PRIOR TO A LOAN I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THOSE GO THROUGH THAT DO TAKE LOANS THROUGH YOU ALL ... Friendly educated customer service is the way to grow a business.
