Do not do business with these crooks. They tell you nothing but lies likes me and my wife came there and received a loan then fell on bad times my place of employment closed there doors not even a month before getting the loan so went jobless and then I ended up having jaw surgery because of an infection in my jaw asked them to please work with us and they refused to and threatened to garnish me and my wife check. Even though it was stated on the paper work of you where to lose a job they would work with you and when I brought that up she denied ever saying that and this is the manager Erin who then started to say that she does not care if we lose our house or have food to eat. I'm sorry but that is uncalled for. For someone to not care about another humans life really shows me what type of people really work there. Please take my advise do not go there.
Second chance-failed. I brought back a full paycheck except I've been in training so it isn't 80 hours. They got snotty about it being less than 80 hours. "Did they fib about the hours?" After I said I had been in training. They retracted their approval bc they're basing it on my first full check, which isn't full. (Basing it on this check, x2, it'd only be 100 less than my monthly income will be anyway.) The first trip here wasn't pleasant either. They were insincere and unhelpful. I do not recommend unless you have no other options.

I have been dealing springleaf for a long time and we had built a great relationship but I had something that came up all of a sudden so I had reached out to Springleaf financial And district manager had approve my loan I know that they have a job that they have to do and they need their money as well as everybody else but they did make it work for me .
