Absolutely the worst banking experience I have ever had. Avoid this extremely unprofessional bank. Avoid at all cost!
By far the most unprofessional lender I’ve ever dealt with. Had one Male cuss me out as he smacked his lips eating lunch in the phone. He was angry like a teen over, because I didn’t like the fact he didn’t tell my realtor to put the closing cost. He says one thing an does another. Integrity doesn’t exist here. I’d give them zero stars if it was an option.
Inept and deceitful - I agree completely with what others have said. They tried to charge us a $50 late fee for what they claimed to be a 23 cent balance for an account that was paid in full two months prior. Reported us to the credit bureau for 23 cents, while never sending a statement. They also are not online and payments made online thru BB&T have to be sent snail mail by check in 2019! Victory lied to my face and claimed BB&T were to be blame. It took 10 days last year for a payment to clear, when they are physically located in the exact same parking lot. A carrier tortoise would be more efficient. Laughable at best and ready to contort language and scam you at worst.
Don’t waste your time the clients best interest isn’t even a after thought here. If you want to be lied to, disrespected and cussed at look no further!
I have many mortgages here, there's always someone willing to help, give me any information I ask for quickly, and always fair. I highly recommend this bank for any lending. Also the personal bankers are very knowledgeable. Thanks for all you guys have done for me.
