United States Postal Service's Reviews
Kenny is always very pleasant to interact with and brightens the day during a visit.
I live at the end of Prospect Point Dr. in Villa Hills KY 41017. Just recently, we have began receiving mail that belongs to the neighbors, and they have received our mail. I have an Amazon package that was delivered to our parcel box, but there is no key in my mailbox. Which leads me to believe it is probably in someone else’s mailbox as the package said it was delivered yesterday... I need my mail and my packages ASAP!!!
I had a package that was out for delivery on a Tuesday, and still had not been delivered by Friday. I came here to get more info and was told that it was delivered and that the carrier forgot to scan it. I never received my package. Terrible customer service.
Terrible phone & personal service. Couldn’t get anyone 2 help me. Very frustrating
I never like to write negative reviews, but after several inconsiderate visits to the U.S.P.S. location at Buttermilk Pike, in addition to multiple conversations with other individuals who share similar sentiments, I feel as though I would not be doing the right thing if I did not post this review. There is one male employee at this location who continually make myself, in addition to at least three other customers whom I've spoken with, feel disrespected and disparaged after dropping off a package. If you happen to put on a label incorrectly, need help taping a box, or any other small matter that may occur in the process of checking out a package to be shipped, this individual never offers to help, and if he is by chance obligated to, will do so in a way that makes you feel ignorant, and more often than not, belittled. It's an absolute shame because several other employees I've had the pleasure of interacting with, all of whom work on postal routes, could not have been more pleasant. I don't wish for this individual to be fired. Rather, I hope that he has the opportunity to read this and realize that he has the opportunity to help others - old and young, black and white, disabled or non-disabled - on a daily basis, and that these individuals depend on him to have their packages delivered to friends and family all over the world.
