Never had a problem with getting a loan through these people. Found half the staff to be pleasant, the other half eyeballs you like a steak dinner because they can't wait for you to accept a horrendous loan. They will give a little leeway if you fall behind, but expect the usual phone call routine.This is where I go when I absolutely can't get a loan elsewhere. And NEVER trust their night time drop box as a means of making a payment. Just had some scumbag in that office steal a $50 payment I left and claim they never saw it. PAY IN PERSON AND GET A RECEIPT.
Got behind on a few payments so this crooked outfit called my boss at work an discussed my buiness which was completely illegal i was only had 550 on loan to pay went to the office to discuss this call which they completely denied any way they came an took my truck i paid loan off and upon getting my truck back i had over 400 dollars worth of tools missing an also all my resigester papers gone bascially my truck was cleaned out john at frist said he,d make it rite but then bascially told me i didnt have nothing in my truck he witnessed my truck being clean out i showed him upon getting it back so on a 1000 dollars loan costed me 3000 dollars an 400 dollars worth of tools a completely crooked and unhonest bunch of buzzards ! Beware folks !
I highly recommend this loan company if your have a emerngency where you cant make you payment they will work with you and are very understanding I want to thank John and the rest of staff there for caring and being so kind to me . This office is in Florence Ky they also take the time to get you the loan you are looking for . Thought i share with public thank you .
I receive a letter in the mail from them not to long ago I Tried to apply only for them to bring my credit score low and find out I need a car for collateral which I don’t have and that’s the only opinion so on that note i will not go through them
