Kim is rude. If she were my employee she would be in the unemployment line. I understand I have an obligation to this company with my loan but after a request to stop the immense amount of reminder calls the attitude she attempted to spark with me was uncalled for. I understand policy. But do not address me as though I am a child. I only need one call, I have a voicemail and I don't suffer from short term memory loss. As a manager I suggest a coaching on customer service and positivity skills. Possibly even training in front end collections because any good business shouldn't feel the need to call someone that many times. I'll be taking my business to a different location. The other girls here are nice but she's a poor center manager.
The ladies in here are the nicest group of gals and try to get to know you and understand your situation, I had one girl actually seem disappointed in me that I needed to come back for another loan after we had talked about me getting back in track financially. Always very helpful and understanding
I received a call from a (very rude) employee from here last night. She of course did not identify herself; I had to Google the number afterwards to see where the call came from. She asked for a man, I told her that she had the wrong number. Moments after hanging up, she called AGAIN with an even worse attitude, asking for the same man. I repeated that she had the wrong number. She told me that she had seen this man in front of her answer the same number that very morning. I told her that she must have been off by a digit, that I’d had MY phone in my possession the entire day, hung up, and blocked the number.
Lady was entirely rude, horrible service. Will never go back or ever recommend to anyone.
The Checksmart in Erlanger & Ft.Wright have very nice and courteous people working in those specific locations;however the Florence location off of US 442,the two women(in my opinion) , were very rude,my guess is they're not used to a black man cashing a 1k check.They more or less treated me like a criminal, although I have cashed numerous amount of checks,name clearly in the system,took me through the process as if it was my first time ever! The person tried her best to not be able to cash the check. I deemed that as a very bad customer experience!
