Janene is the sweetest person I have ever done business with. This branch is awesome. If you ever need money for any reason, these are the people you need to go see. Great people!!!
Went to finance a car, not realizing how much easier it would be elsewhere. Shopped around a little and got the one we wanted. Talked to Jared at this location for details, but said wed call back. So I did later that evening to get clarification on terms, rates. He was already gone for the day so I spoke to his manager Wally instead. This man has to be one of the most rude and short tempered person I've ever spoken to in customer service. I was cordial and polite, and he was just unbelievable in a terrible way. He told me I'd have to call back the next day and speak to the csr that I had originally spoken to, that he was there past closing time (why answer the phone if you're closed? *and it was 6pm, says they don't close til 7) and he just couldn't help me. He continued to raise his voice and patronize me as though I didn't know what i was talking about. I will NEVER consider a product from this company or any of its affiliates due to this interaction. If I could rate it a 0, i certainly would! Be warned. Also, try your own bank before you go here to get a 25% interest loan, even with good credit!!
The staff at OneMain work diligently to get the job done. They are fast, friendly, and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.
