My husband and I needed a loan when I went on maternity leave. We'd just moved to Bowling Green. We worked with Heather and she's absolutely amazing. The loan process was quick and reports to the credit bureau (a plus if you're working on your credit!). We were late on one of our payments but Heather worked with us on a better date and even met with us at one point on the weekend to help us out. They're very caring and personal!
Worst place to take out a loan! You keep getting baited back in and unfortunately I did but after 5 years, I am done! Pretty staff but very rude and not understanding in the least. They perform unauthorized payments and basically tell you to get over it. Customer service is not in there job requirements at all!
