The people at the branch I visited were very nice. However, due to interest rates and a harder to use than usual website, I will never do business with them again. An extra payment was taken out of my account by accident and was told I would have to wait 10 days for a refund. Damage already done plus bank fees for overdraft. Really would this company want those types of extra charges. Don't think so. My own fault for not doing more research. USE ONLY IN AN EMERGENCY
Liars and fraud advertising.. low credit is NOT acceptable and they DO NOT work with you.. I was SO disappointed and feel they need to stop lies on people to get them to put app in and ruin their credit as they will NOT help you unless you give your house.. life funds.. and a hard hit to run you just to help other creditors get to you.. I am SO upset..
Incompetent people who have riuned my credit. Cannot do basic math. I went to the loan office and they cvlaimed that I had overstated my income by 1,000.00 per month. They claimed my earnings were $2,000.00 per month, when in actual fact my income ia actually closer to $4,000.00. This error on their part has affected my credit wothiness.
They gave me the run-around one said you're approved but for the full amount you need for the vehicle I was trying to purchase. So they suggested finding a less expensive car so I did .. Then they say my loan wasn't approved all though a day ago was approved..I wish I could have known that before I waisted my time and the dealership time finding me a deal on a car..Oh yeah after 4 other people there helped the woman that was doing my loan I did get the loan ..yay...good luck and don't give up you may have a chance on a loan through too..
Always friendly...very fast...and super helpful!! They got us what we needed...when we needed it. If we had any changes to make with our due date or account they are on top of it! Plus way better terms and rates than anybody else! Great company.
