This company fraudulently took adfitional money from my bank account after I paid my loan with them in full. When I called to have them reverse the charge they refused. Even though their customer service representative told me they were getting several calls from other customers for the same issue. They were fully aware there was a breach in their system and coulld see my loan had been paid in full. Beware of doing business with this company . It is unethical to make unauthorized chargers on customers bank account knowing the mistake and not correcting it in a timely manner. Very poor customer service!
Beware they will take out payments regularly monitoring your account the payments come out of and take money if it's in your account they do not record payment arrangements when you make them. They take the money randomly whenever they feel like it.
