Got a bank loan my bank wanted to pay them i called ace 4 different departments they had no information on how my bank could pay them my bank loan is based off paying this debt and starting fresh my bank loan office blue there top and had to call them there goes starting fresh. well today 3/21/19 yesterday i was told finally that all they could do was send my loan agreement in email which i faxed to my banks loan officer cause they stated to and the loan officer they could not send anything to the bank loan office or officer in charge of my loan the agreement contained a prepayment section and fax number the bank loan officer called again submitted he was told and wound up having to add my loan to my bank balance they made him have to call me to call them to authorize their loan repayment which i did after signing finalizing the bank loan well the whole bank lid up while they ruled the bank then later today 3/21/19 Response from the owner an hour ago Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent visit to ACE Cash Express.
