My wife was a member on this credit union when we married and it is close to my house so I was added to the account. Recently, my 18 year old son was looking for a bank and went here. I was added as a back up on the account. Later I learned that they did a hard pull on my credit for being added to his new account. No one disclosed to me that a hard credit pull, or any credit pull, would be needed. When I called the customer service to confirm they had pulled my credit I was told that they had and that I should have found a flyer in the bank telling me that it was going to be pulled. That is not true. Bank have an obligation to disclose that credit will be pulled!
I've tried finding this location and I never succeed.Why isn't there a sign or accurate directionsfor this facility?
