I had a great experience working with Will Ritter. He took the time to listen and not just sell me. I felt like he was really looking out for my best interests and that men't a lot to me to work with someone who truly cares.
The local branch in Overland Park is pretty good. They have 1 teller that has been there a while that is pretty slow. Their internet access to account information is absolutely horrid. Their website is down frequently. I would be embarrassed if I was responsible for decisions about their website. Their web hosting company should of been fired a long time ago.
