Preapproved online- then, denied in store. No explanation, no nothing. Bad experience. Went to another lender. Won't be back. Service person is not very friendly!! Get a better class of helpful, customer service oriented staff in there.
you need to have two tellers at all time you make people wait for long time as it is now when its the busy periods there only one teller
I have been using Ace cash for 5 or 6yrs and they have been awesome each time and I have had great customer service experience.
Terribly high fees. Never been here but banks are closed today . They wanted 25 to cash my check. No thanks . I will wait until my bank opens tomorrow .
Didn't know u have credit checks which should be stated on the search or by to you worker before the process is even started. Would have saved me time and gas money
