Tried to exchange a ten dollar bill for a roll of quarters to go do laundry and they wouldn’t exchange the bill for coins without having an account with them. Not the way most banks treat people!
they were fast and understanding aout my 2yr old refusing to sit still.
The woman that answers the phone is the worst person I have ever talked to at any bank! Definitely needs to work on her people skills! Had the nerve to argue with me and tell me I was wrong about an issue...HAVENT YOU EVER HEARD THE CUTSOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!?
