We've known that Mainstreet Credit Union (Formerly Credit Union Of Johnson County) is a great financial institution as we have been members for a long time. However, every now and then we get reminders of how extraordinary this institution really is. Yesterday was one of those occasions. While filling out some preliminary bank forms for a transaction over the lunch hour and running into some difficulties the Assistant Branch Manager (Brandon) at the downtown Olathe location relieved the customer service representative currently assisting us so that she could take her lunch as close to her scheduled time. Brandon then worked past his scheduled lunch time to assist my wife & I and answered any and all questions that we had pertaining to our banking transaction. It's people and leaders like Brandon that make a good organization great and an ordinary organization extraordinary. Solid leadership and ownership at Mainstreet...it runs through the entire organization from the highest level to the entry level positions. Just one more reason that Mainstreet Credit Union should be your "Hometown" financial institution!
Mainstreet downtown Olathe is awesome!!! You can't make everyone happy all the time. I'm sure that if every person who does business with Mainstreet were to post about it that there would be by far more positive than negative. I'm not sure how they treat their employees, but I do know how they treat me. You couldn't ask for a better bank. People need to quit acting like snobs because their credit is bad and they didn't get a loan. Also, it doesn't take a month to get your debit card, up to 10 business days is all. I got mine in 6. And who hasn't had to wait in line at the drive through at any business? GROW UP!!!
"ATTENTION OLATHE, KS MAINSTREET CREDIT UNION CUSTOMERS" A good reason never to do online banking, is the drive thru teller's at the Olathe Lula street branch location. You can't appreciate the personality, or the laughter of a smartphone, in which Rita and Daytona can provide each time you go there. Always something new and interesting to briefly talk about. Job well done ladies! I applaud the great customer service that each of you give, and always look forward to my next visit! Will never be able to replace a person's spirit with an electronic device!
Great place..good service..
First off ive never had a long wait to cash my check or any issues for that matter. They always have free coffee which saves me 3 dollars before i go run all my errands. I just wanted to write a review and say that despite an error with amazon prime taking money from my account without my knowlege they were very helpful in assisting me to resolve the issue. I thought id go in and give them 5 stars and saw people saying horrible things probably because they didnt get approved for an auto loan due to thier own credit score. If you want bad bank service go to bank of america. Thank you.
