The woman in there (didn't catch her name) was so helpful. She was friendly, polite, and professional. I had called everywhere and done everything I could to cash a western union check. She got it done for me!
Quick loan and helpful. Never had a problem with them.
Horrible customer service needed to re loan at different location in wichita to get home and wouldn't allow me to cuz they couldn't verify with the bank that the check cleared even though it shows on the statement that it cleared. Not very happy with this location.
