This was a big help when I needed it, until I made my final payment for the loan I took out. The cashier had somehow made my payment to someone else's account. I no longer have the receipt (the loan was taken out almost two years ago) and the company has now sent my account to collections which has affected my credit and has caused a lot of problems. I have now had to pay off this loan twice, because the cashier made MY payment to someone else's account. The cashier in store even admitted that my payment was made to the wrong account, but since I no longer have a receipt from two years ago they say they can't help me, even though it was their employee who made a mistake.
Wish I can do an automatic installment loan for 500 dollars. Isn't there a way to get that or do I have to be with Ace Cash Express for year? That is what the clerk told me. Help?
