I love the staff working at this location. They are always friendly and accurate. As a single mother, there are times that I am in need of their services and feel a bit embarrassed when I am. But the ladies there have never made me feel as though I should be. For example; I had trouble making ends meet one day and I unfortunately could not pay my loan in full when due. Tabitha, their store lead was very flexible and kind about my situation. She never harassed me and or made me feel as though, I was anything less for not being able to pay in full and on time. I appreciate that so much. And also more recently a newer face working there (to me) honored an email I had missed!! I was awarded $25 for being a loyal customer. It may not seem like much to some, but after the holidays every little helps especially when you’re not expecting it!!
Was nervous about getting a loan here, but I enjoyed my experience and the customer service was great. Beyond helpful!
