They don't honor their promotions. If you are told in the fall you will have a free month in December, it is the customer's job to "PROVE" the company had a promotion. They tell you they will note the promotion in the customer file, then when you ask about the promotion when the time comes, they conveniently forget they had the promotion and ask the customer to produce proof. I was also due a free week, and was told the coupon would be in my customer file. It was not. No promotions have been honored that I was told I'd receive. I have 3 contracts with this store, and they have honored zero promotions. VERY UPSET. The glowing reviews must be from friends of the staff. They DO have very nice merchandise, that is usually delivered the same day, just don't expect them to honor anything they promise you.
