The staff is always polite and helpful. I have 2 very active toddlers and today, a young lady that worked there gave them little footballs and kept them entertained while I completed my transaction. Best help ever. So appreciated. My boys enjoyed those few minutes and customer service was wonderful....as usual!!!

Great place and everyone is always nice!! The only thing i wish they had is access to transfer funds to my hometown credit union, otherwise i have to run to Des Moines to get money out. Other than that, the two locations in Des Moines work great for me!
I've recently moved and every other bank I work with updated my address for me no problems. I call into FC and was told i can go online, or submit a form. Im out off town not on a secure internet connection so im not big on logging into my account in public areas while traveling. I can't go in the app and update as you have to go online, in person, or submit a form. Just to change my address to stop statement with my personal info going out. BOA let me change address thru the app, US bank let me thru the app, and both places offered to do it over the phone. And yes, I answered all 5 of my security questions so she could confirm my identity. This is to much to go thru to change my address.
This place should be called NO CLASS credit union. I've been paying on a loan with them for 3+ years. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone at the local branch, there is only 1 ATM, that is in service about half the time. I wanted to close my checking account and was emailed a form from a donotreply email address, and was expected to FAX a copy in to get the account closed. This place is doing business in 1999 still and needs to be shut down. Taking advantage of low income families. Their mobile app is absolute trash, it will update, and sign you out, requiring you to reset your password. Countless automated phone calls regarding fruad when you purchase anything online. They will hold your account for the dumbest reasons. This fraudulent bank should be ashamed of themselves. And no I will not remove my right to freely speak about unfair business practice.
