I've been going to the east side location and had so many issues! Decided to try the west des moines location on grand and it was such a blessing! I was having issues reborrowing due to mistakes at the previous location and the manager at the grand location was able to adjust it enough to allow me to borrow a little bit now and the rest on thursday. They were so friendly, very quick and extremely apologetic for the horrible experiences I had at the previous location!
