I wish I had some feed back - but unfortunately I can't even get a hold of anyone. I have tried calling with a question 4 separate times now, all of which I was on hold for 20+ minutes, and ended up hanging up each time unable to speak to a representative. I have questions I would like to answer. The only reason I have an account here is because it was the bank that financed my loan through the dealership. Otherwise, based on customer service, I would avoid this place. What if I had an serious issue with my account? Being able to get a hold of someone is crucial.
We had a terrible experience at the North Liberty location. We purchased a CD. Due to the inexperience of the staff (Kaitlyn), it took well over an hour to do this simple thing. A month later. Kaitlyn calls stating she did it wrong and requested more and more data. We are placing the funds with a more competent financial institition. When we collected our funds, Kaitlyn never apologized for her error and was rude. Avoid this location.
The staff at Collins treat the bank customers with respect. They know my name and know me when I come to the drive thru to do banking.
