Opened an account. Called me back to say a credit thing came up an they have to close the account. After I left. Had to come back, wasted 2 hours of my day for nothing. Yet I was able recently to buy a house but yea my credit was so bad.
Kye Murphy + LACU saved us so much!. We brought our car loan over from another credit union, they saved us 3%!Our credit card was the same story! When we bought our property we originally were going to use a LACU competitor, but kept getting the run around (about 6 months this went on) . We checked into LACU, and within a week we were approved and they found us someone to appraise our property for $1000 LESS than the other credit union! Not to mention required $13,000 LESS for a down payment! Our property is commercial so the buying process is a little more difficult. Kye made it so smooth for us. They didn’t make a big deal over little hiccups in our past like the other Credit Union. They realize we are human and could see we’ve more than proved ourselves, unlike the other place I felt held it over our heads.
