Monthly payments are incredibly affordable as well. Everyone in the office is super personable, and friendly, and the office was decorated super cute and festive for spooky season. We actually had hope for a loan after hearing about LPI loans. After applying and being denied was a huge let down. Nobody will give us a loan due to our credit history. We have great income, we've been in our house for 3 years but yet our debt due to creditors is too high compared to our income. (Student loans mainly) Might I add we even have collateral. All we want is a weight off of our shoulders after taking on my Father-in-laws funeral expense. A huge let down, LPI.
