I ordered a pizza over the phone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up 25 minutes later and stood at the kitchen entrance for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged only to be told my pizza hadn't even been put in the oven yet. I came back another 20 minutes later, again, wasn't acknowledged for about 10 minutes this time while the people in the kitchen took their sweet time poorly cutting pizzas. The three other people around me waiting weren't acknowledged either. The two cashiers at the front of the store did nothing. Finally, she asked if it was my pizza that was sitting on the top of the oven and when she handed it to me, she said "That one has been up there for a while." What on Earth???? She had told me 20 minutes earlier that it hadn't been put in yet. You need to learn some time management and customer service skills. I honestly shouldn't have had to pay for it.
I parked my bobtail across the street to avoid disgusting smell from Tyson. They got really fresh coffee and food. I enjoyed free wifi while I am sitting in my semi. Staff is friendly and restroom are clean. Thanks to the management.
