What great customer service I received at OneMain Financial. The people there at the office went over and above to make sure I received my loan before I went on vacation. I was extremely surprised and hadn't planned on receiving it that fast. They made you feel welcome and respected the minute you walked in the door. I am so grateful that I found them. I was disappointed in the amount they were able to help me with. When I went online to get my pre-approval amount was way higher than the amount they loaned me which was disappointing considering I have had a loan with them before and I paid it off completely within about 3 months so I was kind of surprised that wasn't taken into consideration. Then, I received this loan on a Friday and they took the first payment out the following Monday in error. I am trying to get a refund but still waiting. I will say the first experience I had with them was fine. Being a previous customer I expected a little more this time I guess.
