For the times I've been there normal average wave which is understandable most people are just in a hurry to go nowhere fast but anyway the lady that work they're really nice good sense of humor awesome personality and she make sure she's there for you it's just not a job to her
Tiara went above and beyond helping me cash a check when I wasn’t able to go to my bank. I’ve never gone here before and had heard bad things about the staffs attitude and about how they push stuff on you, also that they are snobby. This girl seemed like nothing but a great employee and beautiful person inside and out. She even helped me with a direct deposit card for my work because check n go is so much closer and more convenient to me. She didn’t pressure me at all she just gave me options, literature, told me to take my time, informed me of their days and hours open, and answered my questions without making me feel dumb or annoying. I was having a hard day and didn’t know how I would get through, this one act of kindness of just one human being being so nice to me and beyond what she had to for her job meant so much and tiara helped me in more ways then I needed, she made me smile when I was falling apart. Anyways so I am now a card holder with them and if I ever need a loan or to cash more checks this is where I will go. Some charges and interest are more then my my old bank but not by much and some are cheaper... the customer service is what really got me thought just because of that interaction. I walked there wanting to cry and left smiling almost like I made a friend.
