newer employee ran me off- not courteous or professional- did business in area and planed to again-employee told me to close my account until then-rude- would give 1 star but had been treated well when opened 10+-yrs ago
Been banking here for 10+ years. We have/had muiltable accounts and loans over the years here. We've never had any problems. Tellers know you by name and are always friendly.
The online banking system is antiquated, not user friendly and often times just flat out fails to work. Any difficulty with the system and the bank will claim your internet speeds aren’t fast enough, this includes when the online system says your account is locked. If you try to use your card at a location where the chip reader isn’t working, the bank will not allow the charge.
Applied for a loan and was able to sit down and discuss options with a real person who had the power to make a decision. I've dealt with mega banks for years and was very pleased with the small bank feel and personal touch.
