Bank of Colorado's Reviews
I love Bank of Colorado! We have been with them for over 20 years and have always had excellent and friendly service. I have 4 children and between all of us, we have 3 savings accounts and 5 checking accounts, as well as a couple CDs. I have recommended our bank to many people and I've never heard a bad report til I looked on the reviews. I was really surprised to see bad reviews! I've had so many situations I've needed help with over the 20 years, and I've always been met with friendly, knowledgeable people that went over and above to help! Thank you Bank of Colorado!!
Bank of Colorado ALWAYS bends over backward for me. Their customer service is TOP notch. Don't change a thing! Bank of Colorado rocks and the Windsor Branch REALLY ROCKS.
Go elsewhere. My dad went to cash a check there and person who gave him check banks there. He went to cash it, and response was "I don't know if we can" seriously? It's from that bank! Wow. She finally did it, but not without giving him excuses first. There's a dozen other banks in this town to from!!!
The people at Back of Colorado do not care about helping out the community. We had a business account with them for years that we closed when we closed the business. I went in there with a bag full of change my daughter wanted turned into singles to pass out to homeless people when we see them. Bank of Colorado REFUSED to help. Because we weren't active members (never mind the money they made off of us years ago) she refused to help me. Take your money some place that cares!!
They're liars! Trying to refinance a vehicle after a bankruptcy a few years ago, My wife and I were very candid and up front with that bankruptcy. The loan officer was very understanding of our situation as we explained it and confirmed our awareness of financial matters by proceeding with the loan application. After a just a few moments, she left the office and said we were denied because it is their policy to not approve loans with a recent bankruptcy. So if it were a policy, why did we even go forth with a hard pull on our credit report which undoubtedly lowered our credit score? If you're new to town, I'd look somewhere else before depositing my money into this bank.
