* * * DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CREDIT UNION! * * * This is the worst credit union I have ever dealt with! Customer service is at a all time low. I have been trying for 18 days to get my new CD set up and correct. 18 days later, they show me opening by account 6 days after I opened it online. They have still not assigned my interest rate, so my money is just sitting there, earning nothing. Bellco, YOU SUCK!
Getting garnished from my payroll, then without warning wells fargo credit card takes all my money from account!?! Bellco says they will give them ALL my money until they got paid off. Whether I can live or not, Bellco was not concerned about this at all and I can't even close my account for my money. Customers are not important to these jerks, and screw these banks and the ridiculously outrageous interest rates.
