This place is a joke. I've been to several credit unions due to shared branch locations and compared to most, this credit union offers very few services. Additionally, the only ATM available is the drive up one--not very convenient (or safe!) when you're on foot with a baby.
BCS is amazing and has great customer service! Jeanette Ouk goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. I highly recommend this credit union!
We have been using BCSU for 18 years. We have checking, savings, HELOC and car loans with them. They have been wonderful. The customer service alone deserves 5 stars. Highly recommend them!
Jeanette Ouk is amazing. She went above and beyond helping us get a credit bureau mess sorted out when the clock was ticking. Her attentiveness to our situation and her patience wading through the muck of Equifax was in the upper limits of human capability. We look forward to opening up a secondary account when the time is right at BCS.
