For my first time getting a loan they made it easy, fast and a great experience!
Did NOT have a good experience ill keep it as short and sweet as possible . . . . . . Took out a loan. Maybe 6 months down the road was approved for another loan with a better rate. Asked for a written payoff amount as per requested from new lender. I addition to the payoff amount i made an additional payment online the night before. New lender submitted payment. A week later, One Main declares i owe them an additional payment. I disputed the amount through their corporate office and the Better Business Bureau. Both BBB and corporate judged not in my favor! Absolutley WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company. My account to this day remains u resolved.
Dont come here if you have a 1099 job . I have had multiple loans with them and they always worked with me. I was approved for a new loan and told them I got a higher paying job but tiffany told me they wont work with me anymore because I am an independent contractor. They wont restructure my loan or do anything for me. Thanks for the hard credit pull for nothing. If you work for yourself and need a loan, you are on your own, they dont care about you. Does that sound like lending done human? As I said, I have had multiple loans and have been paying these shady people for years. Whatever, I am sure someone else Will take my money. ACTUAL humans. After all these years of doing my part and making all my payments, you guys treat me like this and reject me for no good reason. So dissapointed in you.
Got a pre-approved loan offer on the basis of proof of income, job verification etc. Then they tell me after numerous phone calls to my cell phone (Your vehicle is 400.00 short of our collateral policy............ They didn't say anything about needing collateral before they gave me Pre Approval in the first place. So now THANKS TO THIS SHADY COMPANY I HAVE TAKEN A HARD HIT INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT REPORT! THAT'S WHY THE WORDS ARE PRE APPROVAL. THAT SHOULD OF MEANT NOT HAVING TO JUMP THROUGH THESE RIDICULOUS HOOPS!
