I saw something weird on my transaction history.. (turns out it was just something I subscribed for just didn’t know they would be charging me multiple times a month) I decided to call and dispute it. Which I’ve never done before, and I got the pleasure of conversing with Christine! She was so so so helpful and walked me through everything. She was amazing and we ended up having a laugh at the end of it all. I felt like she was my friend helping through a financial scare lol I could feel that she really cared and she did everything possible to help me. Hopefully I’ll have to dispute something again one day! Haha She was amazing!!
I have been a customer of PSCU ( Canvas credit union ) for about 10 years. I have always had great experiences and great customer service.
Mitch and his team were amazing in helping me secure my auto loan!! They went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.
I was in the front lobby waiting for some assistant with my account and waited for about an hour. There were two others that customers who came in after I did that were helped before me.
Tried to open an account... after 30 minutes of waiting they hadn't even told me how longer of a wait I could expect. Not the way to treat a new customer. The tellers are great but their bankers are nonexistent. I walked out and will keep my existing credit union, waste of time.
